How long does it take to receive an order?
We ship most orders in three to five days, depending on your location and stock availability. More specifically, standard in-stock orders, or any orders involving pallet rack and bulk rack shelving will take 3-5 days or 5-7 days if shipping directly from manufacturer.
Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?
Shelving Direct is located at 1600 North 25th Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160. Orders are available for pick-up right outside of Chicago, IL.
Do you stock all of the shelving units and products?
Metal point, Bulk Rack and Pallet Rack are stocked at both of our nationwide locations, Chrome Shelving ships direct to you from our vendor.
