HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, you need to configure the desired product by selecting the size, height, or other applicable options. Available options may vary depending on the item. Once configured, simply add the product to the cart and follow the steps to complete the shipping and payment information. If it is not possible to place your order online, please feel free to contact us, and our customer service team will assist you with the order.

CAN I REQUEST A QUOTE?

Certainly, our sales team is available to prepare a customized quote for you. You can request it by phone, email, or through the website chat.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our sales team will validate the entire order to send it to the manufacturing facility so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO COMPLETE ORDERS?

Shelving Direct accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). We also offer payment by Paypal, bank transfer or pre-paid check. Please note that if a check is sent via US Postal Service, your order will not be processed until we receive the mailed check.

HOW CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?

On the order summary and checkout page, you will find a box that says "apply discount code"; you just need to enter it, and if it is valid, the discount will be applied.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your order at any time with the customer service team. On the day of shipment, they will confirm the delivery date.

CAN I REORDER A PREVIOUS ORDER?

If stock is available, you can reorder your last order. The cost may have changed due to various circumstances, in which case the new rate would apply.

WHAT DO THE "PRICES FROM" MEAN ACROSS THE WEBSITE?

I'M A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL, CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

It doesn't matter if you represent a large corporation or are a private customer; at Shelving Direct, we offer services to both types of customers.

ARE DELIVERY TIMES GUARANTEED?

We make every effort to meet delivery deadlines, and delays are rare. However, in some cases, the production load at our factory may slightly delay the delivery, in which case, the sales team will notify you.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT'S CONFIRMED?

If you need to make a change to your order once confirmed, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If your order has entered production, it may be difficult to make the necessary changes without affecting the delivery time.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

The shipping cost is calculated on the checkout page once the shipping information is entered.

HOW ARE DELIVERY TIMES CALCULATED?

Delivery times are calculated considering the production time in our factories, order preparation, and delivery time by the transport company.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR ORDERS?

All delivery lead times can be found on each product page. If items are urgent, please contact us to discuss options.

WHO WILL SHIP MY PRODUCT?

The shipping method is a third-party transport company that will handle the delivery, and we will provide you with the tracking number as soon as we have it.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR AN ORDER IN PRODUCTION OR ALREADY SHIPPED?

You will need to contact our customer service if a delivery address needs to be updated. If your order has not shipped, the delivery address can be updated. If your order has shipped from our facility, our customer service team will contact the transport company to see if the delivery address can be changed. The transport company may have additional charges prior to any address changes after the order has shipped.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE SHIPPING STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with delivery information and the tracking number once your order has shipped from our facility. If you have any questions about your order’s status, you can contact our customer service team.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT A SHELVING DIRECT WAREHOUSE?

You can select the option for warehouse pickup from our products available location during the purchasing process.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER IF I AM OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the continental United States.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Shelving Direct is located at 1600 North 25th Avenue, Melrose Park, IL 60160. Orders are available for pick-up right outside of Chicago, IL. You will be contacted to schedule a pick-up time once your order is available.

WHEN DO YOU SEND THE INVOICE?

Once the payment for the order is made, you will receive the corresponding invoice from our administrative team.

About the Products

IS THERE AN ASSEMBLY MANUAL?

All our products include an assembly manual that you can find on the product page and download. Or you can find them on our Installation page. When you place the order, you will receive an email with the PDF assembly manual.

DOES SHELVING DIRECT MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?

All our products come with a one-year warranty.

IS THERE A RECOMMENDED MAXIMUM WEIGHT FOR THE PRODUCTS?

The maximum load capacity for each product is detailed on the corresponding product page. Please note that in many products, this recommended maximum weight is per shelf. If you have any question regarding technical or product information please contact us.
